Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dallas Christmas Tours! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. General Terms

  • All Highland Park Christmas Light Tours must be booked and paid for using our online reservation system.
  • By using the online reservation system, you agree to pay for the service and understand that it is a non-refundable service (see cancellation policy below for exceptions).
  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Bookings are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable unless the tour is canceled by us due to hazardous weather conditions.
  • Weather Cancellations: Canceling due to weather is at our sole discretion. Rain can result in slick streets and low visibility, which may compromise safety. Should we determine that weather conditions could create dangerous street conditions for clients or drivers, we will contact you by 3:00 PM on the day of your booking. In such cases, you will have the option to either reschedule your ride or receive a refund.
  • Rescheduling: Should unforeseen circumstances arise, we are happy to reschedule your ride with at least 24 hours' advance notice, subject to availability. A $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

3. Weather Policy

  • Safety is our number one priority. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to hazardous weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, ice, or other factors that may create unsafe driving conditions.
  • If a tour is canceled due to weather, you will be notified by 3:00 PM on the day of your booking and offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of booking through our online reservation system.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price at the time of booking will be honored for your reservation.
  • Taxes and fees are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Tour Policies

  • Check-In: Guests are required to arrive at the designated meeting location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your booking without a refund.
  • Meeting Location: All tours depart from 3104 Knox St, Dallas, TX 75205 (parking lot behind Crate and Barrel).
  • Duration: Tours are approximately 1.5 hours and include a stop for refreshments.
  • Seating: All passengers, including children, must have their own seat. Texas law prohibits children from sitting on an adult’s lap in a moving vehicle.

6. Liability

  • Dallas Christmas Tours is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind on the vehicle. Please ensure you take all items with you at the end of the tour.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour, including but not limited to accidents, delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled tour.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other passengers, staff, and drivers.
  • Dallas Christmas Tours reserves the right to remove any guest from the tour without a refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Dallas Christmas Tours reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
