Due to Highland Park's narrow streets, holiday traffic, horse-drawn carriages, and pedestrians enjoying the festive decorations, operating vehicles larger than a 30-seat minibus is unsafe. For large groups exceeding 30 participants, accommodations will be made using smaller vehicles.
